If you need to cancel your tutoring session for any reason, please give us 24 hours notice. If you are unable to notify us 24 hours in advance and we are unable to fill the space in the schedule, you will be responsible for paying the full amount of the cancelled tutoring session.

Please note that remaining sessions in packages expire after 180 days.
